Tour Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Booking and Payment

  • A minimum of 10 participants is required to confirm a private group tour booking

  • A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.

  • ⁠Full payment must be made no later than 7 calendar days before the tour date.

  • ⁠Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card.

2.⁠ ⁠Bespoke Itinerary

  • ⁠A preliminary fee of Rp 3.000.000 applies to initiate bespoke tour planning. This covers tour route preparation, coordination, and scheduling. The fee is non-refundable but deductible from the final tour cost upon booking confirmation.

  • The preliminary fee is payable before any detailed proposal or itinerary is shared and applies regardless of whether the final tour is booked.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

  • ⁠Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

  • MET Glodok⁠ reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety issues). A full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4.⁠ ⁠Changes and Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made before the down payment is submitted.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • Once the down payment is received, significant itinerary changes may not be accommodated.

5.⁠ ⁠Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants should be in good health and physically able to follow the walking tour itinerary.

  • ⁠Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary restrictions.

  • ⁠All participants must follow the tour guide’s instructions for safety and group harmony.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability and Insurance

  • ⁠MET Glodok is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to accidents, delays, illness, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

7.⁠ ⁠Behaviour and Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others or the community, without refund.

8.⁠ ⁠Photography and Media

  • ⁠During the tour, photographs and videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please notify us before the tour date.
