Overview
Discover the rich heritage of Glodok through the journey of the Tian Family, who arrived in Batavia (now Jakarta) in the early 20th century as Chinese immigrants from Fujian Province. In this walking tour, we’ll trace the family’s migration, settlement, beliefs, and perseverance in the Glodok community throughout different political periods–from the 1930s until today.
